In this guide, you'll learn how to use credits in Club Planner
Create a new turn card
- Go to Settings
- Click on Memberships
- Click the plus sign (+) to create a new membership
Information tab
Please enter the following information here:
- Type: Turn card
- Validity Period: Select the duration of the credits here
- Number of Visits: Enter the number of credits and select “Credits” from the dropdown menu

After creating the membership, you’ll also need to grant it access so that members can book activities. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to this guide.
Set credits for an activity
- Go to Settings
- Click on Planner
- Go to the Activities tab
- Double-click on the activity for which members should be able to use credits
- Go to the Financial tab
Payment settings
- Under the “Membership” payment method, select “Credit amount”
- Then enter the number of credits to be deducted for this activity.
