In this guide, you will learn how to use the Bartender module in Clubplanner to sell products to members and register payments.
Step 1 – Go to the Bartender module
- In the main menu, navigate to “Bartender”.
- You will see an overview of available products and categories.
Step 2 – Select member (optional)
- Optionally, select the member who purchases products:
- Search by name, or

Scan the membership card
The member can also scan their membership card or QR code using a USB scanner. This member will then automatically be displayed on the Bartender, allowing items or subscriptions to be charged to this member.
Step 3 – Add products
- Select the products that the member wants to buy.
- You can add multiple products at once.
- Check quantities and prices.
Step 4 –  Select payment method
- Select the payment method
- Click on “Checkout” to confirm the order.
- The system is processing the payment.
- If you are using a payment terminal, the payment will be forwarded to the terminal.
