Club Planner Club Planner Support

How can you encourage employees to exercise at the company gym?

This article explains how to create a subscription to a professional (company) profile in Club Planner and how all employees of that same company can use this membership.

Create company profile

The first step is to create a company profile with the company details. This is the main account (parent) on which the membership is purchased and invoiced. Make sure that all company details are filled in.

  • Add a new member (in this case, the first and last names can be the company name)
  • Add all financial and company details
  • Sell a membership on this profile
  • The company profile was created (ID: 3100) in the example above.

Link employees to company profile (parent)

Now you can create all employees in Club Planner (or import them via Excel). You will now need to link each member file to the company profile (ID 3100).

  • Open the employee's profile, e.g., John Doe
  • In the “Via” field, click the “Add” button and search for the company profile (ACME Corp - ID: 3100).
  • This employee (John Doe) is now linked to the company profile (ACME Corp). This means that the employee can use the membership of the company profile.
  • Do this for all employees of the company.

Please note: if the employee has a membership on their profile, Club Planner will still use the company's membership. If you want the employee to use their own membership, you must disconnect the employee from the company profile.
