Customize your personal dashboard in the MyClubPlanner app

In this manual, we show you how you can easily change and optimize the personal dashboard of the MyClubPlanner app.


1.How do you change the dashboard for staff?

  • First, go to ‘Settings’ → ‘General’ → ‘Appearance’.

  • Next, go to 'Mobile app' → 'Edit app dashboard'.

  • Then select the 'Employee' option under 'Role'.
  • Here you can determine which buttons on the dashboard are visible to staff.

2. How do you change the dashboard for members?

  • First, go to ‘Settings’ → ‘General’ → ‘Appearance’.

  • Then select the 'Member' option under 'Role'.

  • Here you can determine which buttons on the dashboard are visible to members.

     

Here we explain which buttons are available in the app, what their functions are, and how you can easily add new buttons.

You can add a new button using the 'Add New' button. Once the button has been created, you can simply drag it to the dashboard to make it visible and active.

AppHTML

With the AppHTML button, you can add your own HTML content that will be displayed in the app. This can include, for example, a custom page, instructions, or a form. Ideal if you want to show your own content that isn’t included by default in the app.

OpenOtherApp The OpenOtherApp button opens another app on the device. This can be useful if you want to redirect users to a specific app, such as a training app or a payment app. Make sure to enter the package name or the correct app ID so that it opens properly.
OpenInBrowser With the Open in Browser button, you can open an external website from within the app. For example, if you want a button to link to your Facebook page, enter the URL of your own Facebook page here.
Timer With the Timer button, you can start a timer within the app. This can be used, for example, for workouts, training sessions, or breaks. You can set the duration of the timer and specify the actions that should take place when the timer ends.
BMICalculator The BMICalculator button opens a BMI calculator within the app. Users can enter their weight and height to calculate their Body Mass Index (BMI). This is useful for sports clubs to support health and training advice.
MainMenu The MainMenu button brings the user back to the main menu of the app. This is useful for keeping navigation clear, especially when many buttons or modules have been added to the dashboard.
MyReservations The MyReservations button gives users direct access to their bookings or reservations within the app. For example: sports hall sessions, class registrations, or personal training sessions. This allows everyone to quickly see what they have booked and, if needed, modify or cancel.
Booking The Booking button gives users access to the club's reservation system. Here, they can, for example, book a class, reserve a room, or schedule an activity, and manage their reservations.
Workouts The Workouts button allows users to view and follow training programs. This can include individual exercises or complete training plans.
Exercises The Exercises button opens an overview of individual exercises, often with instructions and videos. Useful for users who want to focus on specific muscle groups or goals.
MyProfile The MyProfile button gives the user access to their personal profile in the app. Here, they can view and edit information such as contact details, membership, or preferences.
Logout The Logout button allows the user to safely log out of the app. Useful for ensuring account security, especially on shared devices.
QrCode The QrCode button allows the user to open a QR code used for accessing the club.
Barcode

The Barcode button displays a barcode that can be used, for example, for access, payments, or membership verification.

Member The Member button provides access to membership information, such as status, member number, and any privileges within the club.
CheckIn

The CheckIn button allows members to check in at the club or for specific activities. Useful for registration and keeping track of attendance.

Progress The Progress button shows the user's progress in training, goals, or performance. This can include both statistics and charts.
Webshop The Webshop button allows users to purchase memberships or club items, such as clothing, subscriptions, or session cards.
ExecuteApi The ExecuteApi button allows you to perform an action via an API call. A practical example: you can use this to open the door of your sports club or building via the connected access system. Make sure to enter the correct API URL, headers, and parameters.
Notifications

The Notifications button provides access to the club's notifications and messages, such as news, announcements, or reservation updates.

Subscriptions The Subscriptions button allows users to view and manage their subscriptions and membership options, for example to renew or upgrade.

Which options are used most often?

  1. OpenInBrower: A simple link to Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.
  2. MyReservations: To manage the reservations made.
  3. Booking: To make/view new reservations.
  4. Workouts / Exercises: to open the workout module.
  5. QrCode: To check in.
  6. Webshop: To purchase new memberships or settle outstanding balances.
