Troubleshooting sliding doors

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for troubleshooting sliding door issues, such as testing other cards, checking power supply, and checking internet connection.

1) Try another card/QR code

If the problem only occurs for certain users, this is usually due to a setting in the membership management software. Does the problem occur multiple times for different users? Go to step 2.

2) Check the power supply

Check that the lights on the scanner and doors are on.

Yes: the doors and scanner have power, proceed to step 3.

No: the scanner and/or lock are not receiving power: check whether the fuses are switched on. If not, switch them on (only if you know which fuse is for the lock).

  • Fuse blows immediately: contact us.
  • Scanner does not light up: contact us.
  • Door light does not turn on: contact the door company.
  • Scanner lights up, but the lock does not work: go to step 3.

3) Check the internet

3a) Is the network/internet cable properly connected?

Check this where the cable leaves (modem, switch, wall port, etc.) and at our module where the cable arrives. Disconnect the cable on both sides, then reconnect it.

Disconnect the power supply by unplugging our module. Wait 30 seconds, plug it back in, and test again after 1 minute.

If this does not work, proceed to step 3b.

3b) Go to https://www.clubplanner.be/ using a computer that is on the same network as the module. Does this work?

Yes: please contact us.

No: check whether you can browse other sites.

Is this not working either? There is no internet available at your location. Please contact your internet provider (Proximus, Telenet, etc.) or network administrator.

Is this working?  Ask your network administrator to check why our site  (https://www.clubplanner.be/) is not accessible from your location.
