Registering my company with Peppol

This article explains step by step how to register your company on Peppol from within Club Planner.

Note: Registering with Peppol via Club Planner involves a monthly fee of €15 (excluding VAT), regardless of the number of invoices created and sent.

Step-by-step guide

What is Peppol?

Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement Online) is an international network for the secure and standardized exchange of electronic business documents—such as invoices—between companies and public authorities (B2B).
The network uses a system of certified “Access Points” to enable safe and automatic document processing, without the need to deal with different systems or formats.

In Belgium, Peppol will become mandatory for all VAT-registered businesses for B2B invoicing as of January 1, 2026.
