Delete reservation
Deleting a reservation means that it is completely removed from the system. All data linked to the reservation is deleted. If a session has already been deducted for the reservation, members will not automatically get it back. After deletion, it is also no longer possible to see who made the reservation.
Cancel reservation
Canceling a reservation means that the reservation will not take place for a specific reason, but it will remain in the system. If a session has already been deducted for the reservation, Club Planner will automatically credit it back to the member. This way, there is still an overview of who made the reservation, and the administration is kept accurate.
