Would you like to start using the Club Planner desktop application? This article explains step by step how to download, install and activate Club Planner on your Windows computer.
Before you start
To activate Club Planner, you need a personal token. You request this token from us (see step 4). Make sure you have it ready before you complete the installation.
Step 1 – Download the installation file

Step 2 – Open the downloaded file
Once the download is complete, open the file ClubPlannerSetup.exe. You will usually find it at the top right of your browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) under your downloads, or in the Downloads folder on your computer.
Tip: Does Windows show a message that the file is from an unknown publisher? Click More info and then Run anyway to start the installation.
Step 3 – Follow the installation wizard
Follow the steps that appear on your screen to complete the installation. You do not need to configure anything special.
Step 4 – Request your token
To activate Club Planner you need a token. You will receive this token from us by e-mail.
Don't have a token yet? Send an e-mail to support@clubplanner.be to request one. Always mention the name of your club in your e-mail, so that we can process your request correctly and quickly.
Step 5 – Activate Club Planner
Open Club Planner and enter the token you received by e-mail. Once the token is confirmed, Club Planner is ready to use.
